This sculpture is a unique assembly of individually rolled out coils. Glazed on the inside, 2-3 layers of slip is brushed on and once dry, surface decoration is applied. In this case, hand painted checkered pattern with underglaze. The piece is then slow fired to mature state. Minor flaking may occur due to the nature of the material.
