Shipping policy


Shipping / Thank you for stopping by our shop! Each order is processed and shipped from our farm in Upstate NY usually within 3 business days of when it is placed.

We ship with USPS to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders overs $300 will require signature for delivery. For standard ground shipping, allow 2-8 business days in addition to processing time. Note that transit times are only an estimate. 

Currently, we only ship domestically but please feel free to join our mailing list for updates on when we might begin to ship internationally.  


Returns / We hope you love your purchase from Ravenwood. However, if your item(s) have arrived at all damaged, please contact us within 48hrs after receiving your package so that we can contact the carrier immediately to initiate a refund. Product damage reported after this time period will not be refunded. 

For any other reason for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you'd like to return an item for store credit, please email: info@ravenwoodny.com within 14 days of receipt and we'll be sure to send you instructions for return. Please do not mail back any items before contacting us. 

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ravenwood is not responsible if a package is lost or damaged in the mail or if a package is marked as delivered but missing from the delivery location.
