These versatile spatulas are great for stirring, sautéing, turning, tasting and flipping. They feature two different curved edges for cooking in a pan vs. a pot.

Their flat edge is another convenient feature for pushing vegetables off of a cutting board and into a pan. These wooden utensils are tapered so that the handle is thicker while the cooking edge is the thinnest part of the tool.

Each spatula is finished with a natural blend of premium heat treated walnut oil and beeswax.

Ebonized spatulas are blackened by a natural and food-safe oxidation process that reacts with the wood’s inherent tannins. No stains, dyes or pigments were used to create their dark, ebonized finish. Natural dyes will wear and develop a patina over time that will be unique to the object. Ebonized spatulas are made from cherry or oak, depending on availability.
