We have deep respect for our neighbors over at Laurel & Ash Farm – a 50 acre-working family farm and forest nestled within a mountainside in Holmes, NY. Their syrup is harvested using sustainable practices that value quality over quantity, and enjoyment over tedium, fostering respect for the forest and land that they farm.

These limited batches are bottled in 375ml wax-sealed and numbered glass bottles. Tapped, wood-fired and bottled in the Hudson Valley, this maple syrup contains no added ingredients or preservatives.
