2020 HARVEST IS READY TO GO!

Since 2010, we've been tapping our maple trees to reap the benefits of winter's transition into spring. Our first batch, on a homemade makeshift evaporator, yielded just under a dozen bottles for family and friends. We've since upgraded our (still makeshift) sugarbush and continue to tap more trees each year at the demand of our neighbors and farm shop guests. This annual tradition is a family affair and marks the arrival of each farm season for us. Plus, who doesn't like a pancake breakfast in the sugar shack?
